Welcome to www.arcprotects.org, the website (the “Website”) owned and operated by Amphibian and Reptile Conservancy, Inc. (“we” , “us” or “our”). We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the preservation of herpetofauna and their habitats.

By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  In addition, if you use the Website, you agree that your activities are  covered by our Privacy Policy.

Use of Publications, Trademarks, and Logos
On the Website, we provide information and resources on the conservation of amphibians and reptiles and the restoration of their habitats.  This content includes, but is not limited to, information and resources in the form of reports, articles, press releases, photographs, case studies, newsletters, video broadcasts, e-newsletters, quarterly updates, and interviews with staff and community partners, clients, and volunteers (such content collectively, “Publications”). Unless otherwise expressly stated, all content provided on the Website is intellectual property that belongs to us. You are permitted to download Publications from the Website for your own personal informational use. You may also copy, distribute, adapt, and transmit content from this Website solely for not- for-profit or educational purposes, provided that the use contains the following attribution: “Reproduced with permission of Amphibian and Reptile Conservancy, Inc.” You may not, without express written permission from us:
  • Suggest any other relationship, endorsement or affiliation with us;
  • Use or duplicate any of our logos or trademarks; or
  • Use or duplicate any Publications for commercial use.
