POLICY OF NONDISCRIMINATION
Amphibian and Reptile Conservancy (“ARC”) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), sex, age, or disability in the administration of any program or activity that receives federal financial assistance, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s implementing regulations at 40 C.F.R. Parts 5 and 7.

ARC provides this notice to the public and to participants in its programs and activities, and posts it in a prominent location on its website and in its offices. The notice is made available in alternative formats and with language assistance upon request.
SCOPE

These procedures govern complaints alleging discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability by any person who believes they have been subjected to such discrimination in connection with an ARC program or activity that receives federal financial assistance. These procedures do not govern employment discrimination complaints, which are addressed through ARC’s personnel policies and the appropriate agencies (e.g., the EEOC), except to the extent such complaints are covered by 40 C.F.R. Parts 5 and 7.
